Marisa Yaksich is your dedicated guide to the property market. With over 20 years of experience across real estate, she knows how to turn your property goals into reality.

Marisa’s experience spans property investment, development, renovations, and both sides of real estate transactions. Her journey began in 2015 as a sales agent, where she honed her negotiation skills working with some of the best in the industry. In 2019, Marisa shifted her focus to becoming a buyer’s agent, bringing her analytical mindset to the forefront to advocate for her clients.

Now, as a licensed real estate agent with a vast industry network, she works tirelessly to secure the best outcomes for every client she represents. Whether it’s finding off-market opportunities or negotiating favourable terms, Marisa’s strategic approach gives you a distinct advantage in the market.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a proud mum to three amazing adult children. I’m all about family, fun, and making the most of life—whether that’s hosting a BBQ with friends, exploring the great outdoors, or planning my next travel adventure.

No, we value quality service over quantity and Marisa only searches for 3-4 clients at any given time.

What locations do you search in?

I have purchased for clients all over Brisbane, however, my specialty is the 10km ring around the CBD.
