Purchase Advantage

Created for buyers who are happy to search for the property themselves and have found a property they want to move forward on.  An offer is not always accepted the first time; therefore, this service includes 3 properties. Once the property has been found we will:

  • Inspect and conduct Due Diligence on the property and surrounding area
  • Customised offer strategy including initial offer amount and maximum walk away purchase price
  • Contract negotiation/auction representation
  • Attend inspections including Building and Pest and others as required
  • Managing contract to settlement including liaising with the selling agent, mortgage brokers and solicitors
  • Pre-settlement inspection
  • Collection of keys
  • Post purchase support

Negotiation Advantage

The ideal service for buyers who have found a property and conducted their own due diligence and would like assistance to secure the property. We will contact the Selling Agent and negotiate the offer on your behalf, at all times striving for the best price and terms.

Auction Advantage

Bidding at auction can be daunting for many buyers who have not experienced this process before. With proven strategies, an unemotional presence and a confident bidding style, we can represent you and provide a competitive advantage.

Vendor Advantage

Our Vendor Advocacy service guides sellers through the Sales process, giving them a greater chance at achieving the best price.

Activities include:

  • Advice on how to prepare your property for sale
  • Assisting with the selection of an Agent and reviewing their marketing proposal and commission
